By providing hope and positive vision, Optimists bring out the best in kids.

The Optimist Club of Greater Vienna, part of Optimist International, is a 100% volunteer Community Service organization. The Club conducts positive service projects in local communities aimed at providing a helping hand to youth including special programs and scholarships. We also organize and run the Vienna Farmers Market, Annual Christmas Tree Fundraiser, and provide tours to our local Caboose. With their upbeat attitude, Optimist Club members help empower young people to be the best that they can be. Every year, Optimists around the world conduct 65,000 service projects and serve well over six million young people.

- Optimist Annual Christmas Tree Sale - Open Now!

The Farmers Market has closed, the leaves are falling and it's getting cold. You know what that means! It's time for the Annual Christmas Tree Sale. This year is even more special than before. We also celebrated our 70th anniversary as a club serving the Vienna and Oakton communities! While shopping for trees, see our newly refurbished trailer painted by volunteers and designed by Kimberly Stein of the Vienna Arts Society. Our 2025 Farmers Market season has come to an end! We will start preparing this January for the 2026 market with new applications for vendors in February. To learn how to apply for the Vienna Market, please see our page.
