The Optimist Clubs is a 100% volunteer and 100% community-oriented
Service organization dedicated to helping youth in the Greater Vienna area.  We provide scholarships, recognition, sponsorship of various youth groups, and so much more.  We hold socials about every month and meet for volunteering and youth presentations. 

Funds are raised primarily by volunteering at our Christmas Tree Lot (December) and the Farmers Market (May through October).  It's fulfilling to see the smile on the face of these children and teenagers when they deliver a speech, receive a scholarship or certificate, or are presented with a ribbon for their completion of a race with Special Olympics.
